Andrew Yung has represented clients in almost every type of intellectual property lawsuit – trade secret, patent, copyright, trademark, trade dress, licensing, non-competes and others. Yung also has experience in contract disputes, employment litigation, class actions, investor disputes, insurance receiverships, accounting malpractice litigation and other complex commercial lawsuits.
